Again it is hard to judge design as it is sometimes so subjective, but there seem to be some general agreement on what’s good and what’s not. And the BB10 OS has pretty much swept us away, with its colours, Slick looks.
But you cannot deny it also looks very similar to the IOS is icon placement.
And the andriod OS not looking much different also.
On the other side of the fence are Windows 8, which looks entirely different 4rm the rest with its live tiles instead of mare icons.
We have also added meego/asha and firefox os, Ubuntu with their less consistent designs, but we’d rely on you to justify your choice in the comments, if you pick them. And I'm not adding symbian cos as you know, symbian has been officially terminated

this is so true, everyone has his/her taste, but on a general level i think Android and iOS have done better on designs than Symbian, an example is the design of the Camon 15 premier, the infusion of the pop up camera on the sleek body is epic.
