that is the man some nairalanders believed that jhe can lead nigeria better than Jonathan. if that bill was approved it would have reduced crime to some extent, the money is not big though but that would have helped till u get a job. the useless house and senate has been problem to president all this while, any bill that will not bring cash to their pocket will not see the light of the day

The proponents of such a stupid bill should be incarcerated.

Paying unemployed graduates amount to grave injustice against the relative poor Nigerians who learnt a craft or joined one form of business or another because they weren't fortunate to have University education.

A slap is a manual over ride that can restore human brains back to its default settings. I think that's what you need.

your point is too weak, given the time that most people spend in school, say 22 years (minimum) the graduates if they'd ventured into skills acquisition, will be financially dependent right now... And even those that have the skill don't have access to loans from the so-called government. It won't be bad if the bill was signed into law after all.

This is the best thing Se. David Mark has ever done, paying unemployed Nigerians N20,000 will be very foolish because it will be hijacked and abused and then you will know that the unemployed in the North are 50million people. The policy will only favour the core North, their favorite asss lickersallies and boko haram foot soldiers. It is a welcome development. There is going to be no wastage of funds in GEJ govt. Unless the states implements it and pay with their cocoa, cattle and onions money.
Programmes like You-Win is taking care of that, No free money for lazy azzes.

I think, much as I dispise this grand crook, I'm with him on this one.

The country as it stands isn't ready for such social scheme. Had this sailed through, revelations from police pensions as were seen would have been small potatoes compared to what would have been discovered upon conducting an audit of the system a coupla years into its existence.

Nigeria is just too darn corrupt to have this now.
