-Experience new things, especially
things that have a great reputation
among "smart" people =)
-Keep your brain physically healthy
by eating nutritious foods and
getting exercise
-Continuously learn things that are
new to you - only doing things you
are already good at does not improve
areas of your brain
-When you disagree with something
or someone, later, take sometime to
seriously consider that you may have
been wrong - even if that makes you
angry
-Try to sincerely understand where
people are coming from
-Find ways to discuss intellectual and/
or philosophical topics with other
people who enjoy doing this
-Study random topics for fun (first
you must realize that this really is
fun!) in order to know a little bit
about "everything" and be able to
participate more actively in most
conversations
-Remember to exercise your wisdom
as well as your intellect
-Always improve yourself in some
way, constantly striving to become
the best possible version of yourself.
