I heard about the domain flipping business in 2012 but I didn't take it serious until this afternoon when I stumbled across this thread and I made up my mind to buy at least 3 domains before this year runs out.
I have been reading from pages 1-12 of this thread since but I couldn't get everything i need to start this domain flipping business. Here are some of the things that aren't clear to me yet.
1. You guys talked about trending niche and keywords to get a name from. How do I get a trending niche and keywords,?
2. After buying the domain what do you do with it before selling it? I would appreciate it if you can share what you personally do with the domain.
3. @2sexy said something about buyers not buying because he's a nigerian how did you fix that?
4. I saw a site via google and the writer said that domains with high traffic cost more. Is this true? And how can I increase the traffic to my domain.
5. After paypal added nigeria back, they didn't allow nigerian account to receive payment(I don't know if they've later changed it tho) if they've not, how can I receive payment as they won't want to send western union to nigeria.

No, do not go via that route because you may likely not make a dime for months. Trend domains isn't for newbies, especially when you do not understand a what a good domain is just yet. know what a good domain name is should be you first port of call. Master the art of sporting a good domain name.

Yeah, that was my thought but I have learned that if a buyer wants your domain name, they will buy it from you.

No really. Metrics isn't the major reason for a domain to be valuable. It's a case of demand and brandability. Most of the names I have sold have zero metrics. I stated this a few pages back.

it depends. If it's paypal, use legalwealth. or if you have a dorm account, drop the info on sedo or any marketplace of your choice and wnen you have a deal, you can tell the buyer to purchase the name via sedo. when the payment is received, sedo will wire the funds to you.

You could try voting on BB to get points. 10 votes equal 1 point and you need just 10 points to list a domain. I don't know if there are any restrictions regarding voting with a new account. Just try it.

Why pay when you can just vote? 100 votes should take you not more than 20 minutes on a laptop (It won't work on a phone). I currently have 17 points in my account. I've never used points to list a domain before but I will use the points for my next listing.
