I was enjoying my bb10 jeje o, till I updated to the latest version, since then, my bbm keeps crashing and I have to restart my phone to restore it, I even lose chats in the process

I think its a bug with the update, but it is really annoying
How can I fix this pls?

I guess u are using z10 stl 1 and yes it's os problem. That was what I was try to explain to some people but they don't seem tobacco understand. Best solution is to downgrade ur os to 2012 or u install leak 10.3.0.700 only BBM video and voice with alerm don't work.

Please, my Z10 has refused to charge since I upgraded it from 10.2.1.2102. It ll show charging indicator but won't charge. I was advised to reinstall 10.2.1.2102 but I could only get 10.2.1.2141, which I was told was the same with 10.2.1.2102; but it has since refuse to charge.
Please, can the problem be solved, if I upgrade to 10.3.0.700, when it's fully out?
Or can I get the link to download 10.2.1.2102? Thanks.

. Its called a folder, hold d icon u want to move on ur home screen and drag to another icon u also want to be in the folder, would den ask u to name d folder, to add subsequent apps just drag to d folder.....in simple terms just drag. And drop

simply hold down any app icon on ur menu screen nd you will see a small WASTE BIN on top of d icon......den swipe to d icon you wish to align togeda nd place it on eachoda den it will ask you crate a folder name.......i hope I was clear enuf?

Try this: delete all the android markets you have installed and reinstall only one of them.

I also hav been experiencing this same problem since d last to months afta updating to d latest OS.....i stop being worried afta I couldnt get anyone to help me with d issue....patiently waiting for OS 10.3 so I kan upgrade n see if d issue will b fixed on d new OS...

if it's a BlackBerry q5 then this problem won't stop. Unless u update! I sold mine cos of this

I am using the BlackBerry z3 and it's lovely! Android apps making sense! Only thing is this foolish glo peeps av cut data from 2gb to 500mb and it's messed up! I fit die! Pls who has any idea on data plans do I can switch to! Thanks!

if what u need in particular is help with d mentions apps not sure I can help u cos I don't use does apps. But if u need android apps u can
1. Search for blackmart on google and download d latest ver or
2. Get d link of any android app in google playstore and paste it in dis site http://apps.evozi.com/apk-downloader/ it would create a download link for u to DL.
Hope I was able to help. I personally use d 2nd method always

use glo's 3gb 1k plan comonth to 777...flashshare works just need a lil workaround, not sure I get what u mean by google labelled apps but most apps including apps requesting google play service work but u won't be able to access any feature linked with google service eg purchase coins for games and stuffs

yes the 2 are the same the software is 2102 while the os version is 2141. But I will suggest u try another charger to know if the problem is from ur charger, or plug ur phone to ur system to know if ur charging pot is still ok. If u check and it's the same issue I will suggest u wipe first and if it didn't work then u can downgrade.

have u restarted ur phone. The issue I had was that sometimes it take ages to install app and I have to restart before it will work but haven't experience it again since am no longer on the 2977

kindly post a mini review on the phone's battery life and display. And pls don't update it to 10.2.1.anything. that's the best advice I can give you.
