set up mobile hotspot on another phone...connect your BB to it and start the update

Bros after a successful wiping and loading of the OS, the fone still doesn't come up. The red light comes on for few secs without the fone starting. And the bb link says the same thing 'device setup incomplete'

This has happened thrice.

How does the red light behave? Does it blink? Or it stays on for a while then goes off? Have you tried removing the battery then pluggin in with USB to a PC with BBlink? Try that and lets see what happens...

The LED is supposed to blink with an orange hue when its switched off and charging. It will stay at a steady green light when it is full. After you charge it, does it display a full battery? How long does the full battery last? Have you tried another battery to see if this is the same thing?

first of all I hope u are using the os for the stl1. And them before u jump to os 10.3.0.1134 or 54 u most be on 1054. And to get that u most be on 10.2.1. I remember upgrading a friend z10 stl1 that was on 10.0 the phone booted but there no network and some settings were missing. I have to use 10.2.1.2977 autoloader before it worked so maybe u should do same too.

I hv had 100% wen is On d b3 is non removal, d LED don't blink again if is off

It stays for like 5sec, I mean the exact length at which bb light stays if it wanna come up.

It was shorter when I erroneously loaded 10.3, but now the light stays for the expected duration of time

The autoloader is for stl-1, what's funny is that I have used it on my fone too(also stl-1) before now.
And the autoloader I splitted with sachesi to use with SIC multiwipe and load yesterday was 10.2.1.2012

Post screenshots of the messages you get when you try to access BB World.

About your emails, simply delete the account you have and add it afresh like new.

By the way, I am curious, this update you refer to is it an official update or a leak?

Go to "Phone". When there, scroll down from the top of the phone screen to reveal "Settings", choose that. Under settings, you will find "show my number", choose that then deactivate it.

abeg I won buy z10 from a nairalander and I requested for pix. The attached is wat was sent..is dis a genuine z10? Asking for 28k......z10 is not an andriod device, why is an andriod interface on d screen.
