It just keeps saying error while installing and I can't uninstall the app totally to re-download it cos emmm...it's already faint (like in the picture below). Please help me out. How do I uninstall the app. Thank you

remove the ba3 and put it back, when the fone comes on, the igraan app wont be faint, then you can uninstall it

reset your APN to default and you should be able browse on a PAYG

Hello house I just got a Z10 now but the problem is that after inserting my sim (Glo) it refuses to register with network and its only displaying "e" at the top right corner and have done everything possible but its not bringing on the 3G. Please I need help

one more question pls, I discovered that my call logs do not save up for long unlike my old BlackBerry which can save up to months without deleting itself. is there a required settings for it or that's how it is in BlackBerry Z30.

For those asking about voice recorder. There is a voice recorder that actually came with the phone. Just open the Remember icon and you would find it right there. Better than third party application.

Have u subcribed to a data package with glo? If you have, set your apn to default settings for your package

If it doesn't work it could be that you ask device is still locked to another network

It's just asking you to add a reminder or a task you want associated with the recording...you don't have to add anything

It seems it's a common issue with Q5. The right side or the left side of the screen doesnt respond to touch sometimes. If you are on 3.1 OS, you can downgrade and see if it solves it or you can change the touch-screen altogether

I'm not sure.. shld be bout 4k or something.
To downgrade download autoloader of older OS and flash.
