bjhaid:av you tried removing the ba3 and replacing it back, av you tried charging it as well, if uve tried the above and it's still the same issue, I advise you reload the os! |

bjhaid:google BlackBerry link to download, it's abt 125mb or so.....install it on your pc, once it's installed, open bblink n connect your z10, if it detects it, you should see the “Reload Device Software” tab at the top of screen. Click on it and follow the directions to complete the reload. you will nid about 1.5gig to complete the process, your internet connect must be strong n stable, dont disconnect your device till the process is complete |

I assume your question is...is there a way to connect to the Hotspot you set up on a q5 from an android device and a laptop? If that's your question then the answer is yes. When you set up the Hotspot on the q5, all you have to do is connect to the wifi created from your android and laptop as you would connect to any wifi |
