Goodmorning guys please i am having issues with my bbq5 i cant browse or access the internet, cant ping watsapp etc i use a Glo network please could anything be wrong with my APN Settings? please i need urgent reply on how to fix it. Thank you |

MissIndependent: Did it just start? Is the network good in your area? Do a restart on your device and be sure that your APN is set to "blackberry.net" |

Hybrid600:It started yesterday afternoon o all the settings are correct. I just noticed only 2G is working and very slow dunno if it is Glo or my phone. |

MissIndependent: It's probably glo network in your area... If you'll go out of your location to another location, you can observe the network speed... If you can browse well in another location, then it's your area having Internet data issues... |

MissIndependent: Don't panic. It is glo network. I lost 3G since Monday morning till this moment; managing the snail-like 2G. We hope it gets resolved soon. |

MissIndependent: Glo issues which affect some areas... Ikeja has been suffering data problems for sometime now and I was told it's been worked on... In that same period whenever I'm @ Jakande or even Bariga, glo has beast speed in those areas even on 2G... |

How come I can't access nairaland homepage with airtel subscription? It tells me there are too many redirects and some bulshits. I have to search for a section of nairaland through Google before I can access that section, but never the homepage. It has always been intermittent, but it's been like that for the past 3days now. Please, does anyone have a solution? |

Guys which other network normal blackberry plans can work on BB10 phones apart from Glo BBCMONTH? Seriously fed up with Glo snail network. |

HELP!!! please my blackbery Q10 was verry slow, so i decided to do security wipe. Since yesterday afternoon up til this morning it has not completed ooo, please what can i do becos we dont have light and i'm very scared so that the battery wont rundown. Play store installed properly on my bb10, but wouldn't log in my Gmail account, here is the feedback I got " there was a problem connecting with Google servers. Try again later." I would be glad if anybody can solve this issue for me |

I had to subscribe to mtn because of this. MTN started giving the same issue for the first time yesterday. But I prefer the stock browser to any other o. |

Please, how does one delete Android apps permanently, especially those downloaded from Google play store? I still get notification to update apps that I thought I had deleted from my phone. It's annoying. Where are these files hiding so I can permanently delete them? |
