Some years back my cousin told me a story about a Naijja dude in Finchley. One fine autumn afternoon he was stopped for DWB-(you should know most whites in authority hate seeing a black with money). His Rolls was impounded so they could 'verify certain details.' A day or so later he turned up with his lawyer at the Police Station and surprise-no Rolls!
Drama/WTF/aiyayyaya! The lawyer made promises about court cases if the pinnacle of Brit driving excellence wasn't produced within 48 hours and left with his client.
It turns out the seniors had an 'arrangement' with some umm,err dodgy car dealers to dispose of fishy vehicles. And in this case had already done so-,however the Rolls was recovered and all parties were sworn to secrecy as part of the deal. But,here in the 3rd world we never hear of such Western police corruption-the lens is permanently fixed on the poorly paid traffic cop shaking down okada riders simply to augment a truly miserable salary.
Who is really corrupt?
Officially they start out at 55k$ pa but an audit revealed they actually earn 3 or 4 times that on average-tax free! Yes,its true. A 2011 audit revealed many Beverly Hills,LAPD and LA County deputies were earning 200-300 k annually.

Don Ocso: true talk, even our people are not helping matters, by the who imported corruption to Nigeria?
My point exactly! The thing is Western corruption is much deeper and systemic than ours;there are hundreds of examples and this is actually a minor one. Look at Cyprus. The gov't was forced to but Greek bonds. When the Greeks defaulted the Cypriots simply confiscated 10% of cash in bank accounts of over 10,000 gbp. But not before their PM transferred his own 20+ mn gbp to London.
And when the Oyibos bleat at us about sleaze and corruption, negroes take notes-ish!!

one of the biggest harm they have done to us is inflating our poverty and corruption rate while they keep tagging their own no camera zone.
