Ogbeche77 oyi abole. All u need do is load 1k during ur next renewal and activate your one email account BIS (blackberry complete) plan. U can equally call them when the time is due.

Your BIS cancels the existing data plan.

They have experience centres now everywhere and they can help you configure it. It's the web settings and it can be fixed.
