If I get u well, the plot of land is 600k, survey is 80k, legal fee 20k... What about omonile, youths, town dev and other hidden charges? Pls make it clear to us, so we know exactly what we are gettin ourselves into.

The plot of land cost #540,000 for outright purchase but #600,000 for installmental payment from now till the end of June, after which a plot will be selling for #850,000. They're no hidden charges, no omonile, youth, town development or any form of levy of any sort because you're purchasing from a real estate firm which insulates you from any of such charges from the community.

Though a development levy will come up later for people who subscribe to be land owners in the estate to make provision for sewage, drainage, security, et al.

And yes, there's a provision for a half plot of land measuring 30 X 120ft for now till the end of June after which it'll be reviewed. The price is #350,000 outright purchase, but installmental payment plan allows you to pay for #40,000 monthly for a period of 10months which will total #400,000.

please be informed that the survey plan for Ogun state has been reviewed and therefore no longer obtainable at #80,000 but for #130,000 while legal documentation remains #20,000. Thanks!
