okine4real: Has any body bought lands from these guy before? The price is good but, has any body bought lands from these guy before so that we can authoritatively say,yes these guy is selling genuine lands. Me myself, i need these kind of lands for farming.
i understand your concerm but the lands here are 4 real. If u are serious about buying i think u need to confirm by inspecting the land and ask about the land from pple around the land b4 u even think of financial commitment. Your only risk is the cost of finding out and that depend on where u are coming from. 08060318769.

Hello Poster, ii'll advise you to do your calculation very well before jumping into oil palm plantation, based on the size of land you have which is just over 1 acre of land , you will only be able to plant 60-65 oil palm stands, (9metre Triangle) you can verify this by going on Nifor website. i will say fruits from 60 stands is not enough for you to setup a mill for so you'll end up selling the fruit to middle man that will take into the mill which i can assure you its not what you really want based on your forecast income of 1.5million a year. oil Palm plantation is very lucrative , agreed. but you 'll need much bigger land for the kind of profit forecast you have in mind. i can even tell you authoritatively based on my experience that you'll need about 12.5 acres of land (5hectares) which will be 6 plots of land x 6 =1 acre multiply 5 = 30 plots of land.. Regarding plantain, you'll be able to have 500 stand on an acre and remember they will not come into maturity at the same time so you will be lucky to harvest 2 dozens in a month. you best bet is fresh fruit vegetable like tomato and peppers. Good luck to you...

PapaBrowne:
Plantain is by far the best. It produces like a goat. You plant one and come back in a year and it has over 20 shoots around it. But in all, you should ask an expert to ascertain the quality of land and what produce is most suitable.

Another thing I recommend is pepper. Or better still Fresh vegetables. The turnaround times are lower and the prices are better.

What location is your land. I have about 40 plots of 100 x 100 in Edo state. I am looking to scoop up even more.Agriculture is the bomb.

Papabrowne Please I know this post has been here since 2013. But I'd like to know if you ve still got those you plots in Edo. Let's do some business.

Hmmm! Got over 800 plots now. Scooped up quite a bit over the last year. Planting big time now. Lovely experience.

A few pics.
