I would prefer someone who has a flair for these skills or has been a junior

Im one old horse in the video, graphices entertainment & production industry
and I am working on raising a foundation that encourages and mentors
young creatives especially the financiallyhandicapped ones.

I have had a turn-out thats even greater than my expectation.
I feel greatly honoured.

Please if i appear as offline on the email chat, drop offlines for me and
i will respond almost immediately.

However, I'm still on the screening process and I've even found out that
alot of our webmasters are not so good at graphics (no insults intended).
Therefore, I'm being tempted to organise a free re-training seminar for
our webmasters. That may come later.
