U can download d study packs n some pathfinders (past questions) from ican website n d recommended textbooks, u can go to sky tutors behind neighbourhood there is a guy who sells dem dia but i dont know if he wud be around now but am sure u will find him when lectures commence in July.

6 - 8 weeks is a lot of time in this age of technology...U mean ICAN is yet a device a means to get results ready in a week or two?

I joined the student membership of Ican in November, 2011. I sat for PE 1 exams three times before scaling through. I realised that the problem I had then was inadequate preparation due to insufficient materials and anybody with such experience will attest to this. I am making myself available to anybody in need of Ican materials(study packs, pathfinders, pilots, etc) for PE 1&2 only. Contact me on 08136114487 if you are in need of the clean photocopies of those materials at no extra cost. In two weeks time, May diet results will be out and the race for November diet will start in earnest. Early prepara tion is key to success in Ican exams.

Bro, this is no JAMB or any school Post UTME!
ICAN IT resource dept is improving by the day. Registration and exemption are done faster and easier now than what obtained some years back. Even in this age of technology as u put, ACCA releases its results around 8-10 weeks.

Ican governing council must seat and approve the result b4 it can be released. After the may diet, ican council election will be held and a new council and president will emerge by may ending at the AGM. Council meets once a month so, the new council will meet to consider and approve the may diet result by june ending.

So, the administrative competence of ican is not to be blamed 4 the delay. The timing of the council election is the cause. Good enough, the council will meet tomorrow and the result should be on the agenda 4 consideration (not sure of the aganda o). So, maybe by next week, the result should be out.

^^^the AGM was held on 30th May, 2013. The new president (Mr Basir Mohammed) came into office on the 4th of June.
you're right about council meetings once every month.

^^^ Ican isn't serious, make them release our result on time so that we go know the next thing to do joor.
