HopeAtHand:
Iwhiala - goodmornin to 1 person
Anuwhiala- goodmornin to mor dan 1 person.

Ikwerre tinz

This looks like:"Ị bịala" , "unu abịala".
That's actually "welcome" not "good morning" which is: "Ị bọọla chi", "unu abọọla chi".

What is this?

An Ikwerre man is telling you how they say good morning in his place, and you're bringing your own village (mis)interpretation into it. Does his people have to use the same expressions your people use in greeting?

You are suggesting for a girl whom is fulani to enrole into a university to learn her fathers language grin I suggest she relocated to her village/town , their she will naturally learn to speak Fulfulde with ease , with less struggle.

I think its the best and fastest way she could learn fulfulde for it will takes her 3 to 5 months but at university, probably it will take her a years tongue

I believe it is "good morning". I've heard it before (whuiyala), and if I'm not mistaking, I'd imagine it is like how Ngwa will say "i futala" or "unu afutala" as a "good morning" greeting. Ikwerre tends to substitute "f" with "wh".
