I would like to ask a question from you, maybe someone could help me out...
I am a 20 years old woman from Hungary, my husband is 22 years old and he is Nigerian. We are living in the Netherlands. We would like to adopt one of his cousins, a 5 years old girl, both of her parents died, she is living in Nigeria now with her grandmother. Unfortunately, it is very difficult to adopt a Nigerian child from here, so we would like to travel to Nigeria and do the adoption procedure over there but I can not find any information about the needed documents etc. so I would really appreciate if someone could give me more information about it. I know the laws are quite different in different states. My husband and the child are both from Delta State. Thank you very much for the help.

Thank you very much for the help and the fast reply. Though they say it is for US citizens but it is quite helpful because I have a starting point.
