Vehicle Purchase Contract and Mileage Disclosure form received today from Dealership.
I have signed both documents and will return them tomorrow. Thereafter, vehicle and title
will be ready for pick up.

This 2008 Highlander has arrived from the dealership in Massachusetts and is now parked in
my driveway (see pictures below). It will be heading for Baltimore Port later today for
the journey to Lagos via Grimaldi.

I happen to be the only dealer here on Nairaland that will tell you the true purchase price
of a car and how much profit I made. That information will be coming up shortly.

This one has been bought and paid for by a Lagos Island businessman. Below is a breakdown
of the total cost excluding Nigeria Customs clearing:

$16,900 - True Price of vehicle
$600 - Trucking from Massachusetts to Baltimore Port
$1000 - Shipping to Lagos
$500 - My Commission

TOTAL US COST = $19,000

Client has his own clearing agent. So I won't be doing the clearing. But assuming clearing
costs 500K, then the total landing price will be N3.5M. A tokunbo 2008 Highlander costs
anywhere from 4 to 5 Million. This one is definitely a bargain at 3.5M.

Disclosure: I charged a small commission of $500 because the client paid for this vehicle
in full upfront. If you make a 50% deposit, the commission will be $2000 since I have to
come up with the other 50% with my own money. The 100% upfront payment is my best
deal if you are not too scared to give me your money. hahaha.

This crisp 2008 Highlander is finally on a Grimaldi vessel en-route to Lagos. It took about
a month to get on the vessel. I have heard that getting on Grimaldi can take as long as 3
months in some instances. That may be an exception not the rule.

For my next shipment, I will try Grimaldi again and see if there will be an improvement on
the wait period. If not, I will continue with AES and Sallaum Group.

Well, this ride is being cleared by the client's own agent. I believe he will get the best

Vessel arrived Lagos on Monday. Clearing in progress. Customs duty paid.

Owner took delivery of this ride last week. It is now parked in his driveway safe and sound.
