Its almost impossible for you to see such apartment here in Ikoyi. Except you wouldn't mind Ikoyi axis such as, Igbo-Efon, Osapa london, Agungi, Jakande estate all along Lekki peninsula . You can still get for 750 & above around Oniru, Lekki face one/two & Dolphin estate. But for Ikoyi, Park-view & Banana Estate start from 1.2m an above except you need an arrangeeee house (Temporary apartment) 08033491003.Mr Samuel. |
