Nollywood In The 1stquarter Of The Year by Tolexander: 7:41pm On Apr 19, 2013
The first quarter of the year
ended on a good note with
many cinema releases. With
the record set by Stephanie
Okereke’s “ Through the
Glass” and Funke Akindele’s
“Return of Jenifa” few years
ago when they hit the
cinemas, Nollywood films
have continued to be top on
the chart.
It not surprising however
that the under-listed films
which premiered during the
1st quarter of the year were
nothing less of block-bluster
films.
BROKEN
A social movie, Broken

Entertainment Centre in

Along the line their lives are
thrown into chaos as a result

long time associate and legal
representative, he embarks
on a mission to call all his
children back home – most
of whom were born out of
wedlock and various illicit
affairs.
The reunion proves a little
more than everyone
bargained for as each child
returns with an agenda,
setting the stage for the
most hilarious and bizarre 7
days of their lives. At the end,
they realize that there is just
too much for too many.
