1.) Secretary/Office Assistance:
Responsibilities:
Reports to the MD
To perform routine clerical and administrative functions that are focused on supporting the MD and other Senior Coordinating officer.
Job requires a more in depth skill level, Interpersonal skills and computer literacy.
Tasks include word processing, drafting correspondence, appointment scheduling, organizing work schedules, setting up filing systems (paper and electronic), telephone answering, call screening, visitor greeting, and supervising of lower level clerical staff
Qualification:
S.S.C.E/O.N.D/N.C.E in any Business related discipline.

2.) Account Clerk x 2:
Accounts clerks will perform the following tasks:receive and record invoices and arrange payment; prepare and send invoices to debtors; check and process loan applications; calculate and distribute wages and salaries; prepare regular reports and summaries of accounting activities; prepare financial statements and debtors' listings; check customers' credit ratings; verify recorded transactions and report irregularities to management;
prepare reconciliations of accounts.

Qualification:
S.S.C.E/O.N.D in Accountancy/Bus Admin/Statistics.

3.) Machine Operator x 3:
Work Description:
To carry out daily operation of aluminium corrugating machine. To include firstline maintenance of the equipment and general approach in the optimisation of the equipment for a safe and timely production of the aluminium roofing sheets for customers.

Qualification:
Technical Cert./or O.N.D in Mech/Electrical/Instr Engineering.


4.) Maintenance Technician x 2:
Work Description:
To carry out daily maintenance and servicing of aluminium corrugating machine. To Report daily to the Maintenance Lead on the status and equipment performance. Job description to also include sourcing for equipment spares and also keeping regular stock of maintenance items/materials.

Qualification:
Technical Cert./or O.N.D in Mech/Electrical/Instr Engineering.

5.) Material loader x 2
Forklift Driver x 1:
Work Description:
To assist the daily operation with respect to removal, loading and offloading of Corrugated Aluminium Sheets for onward delivery to customers site.

Qualification:
Secondary school certificate/OND in any field.

For all of the above positions, at least one(1) year work experience in a relevant area is required for each position. Higher years of work experience would be an added advantage.

6.) Cutting List Clerk/Estimator x 2:
Work Description:
To attend to customers material request. Doing calculations of customers cutting lists and flashing material. Material calculations and stock recording. Obtaining Current material price from the Operation Manager/Accountant/General Manager and using same to raise estimation/quotation for Client. Updating stock record appropriately.

Qualification:
S.S.C.E./O.N.D in Statistics, Accounting, Bus Admin etc
