In a geography class.The teacher was asking question in this manner: TEACHER: What do you call those that live in Nigeria? STUDENT: Nigerian TEACHER:Those in Ghana? STUDENT:Ghanian TEACHER:Those in China? STUDENT: Chinese TEACHER: Those in Togo? STUDENT: Togolese The teacher was impressed with the brilliant responses and assumed the lecture was over by asking if any student had any question.With the expectation that none of them would have any quetion. One student just stood up and asked what they call those living in HONG KONG. 'My dear',the teacher responded,actually,it should be KING KONG ,HONG KONGESE or HONG KONGIAN. But, we call them human beings. |
