Honestly i am losing patience here! Why must i be always omitted in every monthly payments? Since Nov till date excluding February which i exhausted all my little money in calling sure-p CC.
Now they have paid and wasn't again paid. How are their payment system organised?

I don't seems to understand what is going on. Anyway, i am waiting patiently.

Will January Backlog become a permanent blessing or temporary mistake? That will soon be defined!

i dunno how these surep pple dey behave. their action really shows laziness dt has become d common habit of govt workers. how i wish dey have outsourced it to a private competent firm since these days. when u mail dem,dey will neva attend to ur case whereas calling their line is nt credit friendly. how can someone be working and when dey send timesheet dey cudnt submit for him for two mths and no soln provided by their customer care staffs. i wonder how dey expect someone to be working and still having d phobia of what might happen to ur timesheet submisn when d mths ends. it really sucks!

The first step is for you to inform your employer to accept you on their own portal. Currently your status may be reading "pending hired" from the previous "available". But after the acceptance, it will change to "hired", and the Timekeeping tab will appear in your profile page. Then at the beginning of the month when your employer marks your time sheet, it will be displaying in your page. During this initial process, he will also key in your Account Number CORRECTLY, which will equally reflect on your profile.
