How many of u guys av subscribed to d so-called wow weekend rubbish? I neva knew dt d so-called Wow credit would be a ghost on my acct bal. After using d said bonus which wouldnt even last beyond 3mins,i wz suprised 2hear dt my acct wz too low to make a cal blah-blah while seein 100 on my so-called Wow acct. I got madt dt i called d eva-unconcerned we dont care4customer agent and wz told different things by three different agents(i wasnt too suprised,na today?). I switched off my fone,tried calling different no,did hard reset,soft reset,light reset,rough reset,name it! All of dem unable to effect my 100 balance. I wz so pissed off dt d nxt agent,after hearin my complaint wz more interested abt whether i av received my mtn security code, i sed security code ko,security guard ni(slammed d call).Pls how many more of u av been WOWED ds weekend?

Pity! MTN is daylight robber. However, are u pple sure uused the*889# code to check the WOW balance? At any rate mtn is noted for giving customers 5 with the right hand and collecting 15 with the left hand from the same customers. Thief!

U deh complain, i recharged 400 and got extra 400for their rubbish wow.tried to make call and was told i have insufficient balance. Checked my account and noticed they wiped both my credit and the wow credit.mtn na criminal, believe mw
