I finished my application on the 18th of October, my application status shows pending interview as at today. And I applied for Financial and Commercial downstream role. Phone interview yet to be scheduled

They have not scheduled me for a phone interview. But my application status shows pending interview.

Step 1: log on in your account by using this URL

Step 3: Then you would see your personal details, close to the icon showing your personal details you would see Document or Uploads. This section may not be visible if your application status shows pending interview (AM NOT SO SURE). My application status shows pending interview, but I can’t upload new document because the icon close to my personal detail icon has changed from Document or Uploads to two new icons (work experience AND Education). If yours has changed to the two new icons, then you may not be able to upload new documents except you send their HR a mail through careers@shell.com. All the best.

Its actually possible to upload other documents like transcripts and certificate after submitting.

After you've logged in, click "Update profile".
The new page will show "Edit profile" and "Attachments"
U are required to click on Attachment, which will display an interface where ur uploaded documents are & option to upload new documents

there is nothing like that there. nothing like update profile. Need to be able to view the documents i uploaded.

Thank you very much but when I login there is no such option as 'update profile' what I have is 'edit profile' which if I click,I have only options of 'contact information',working experience' and 'Education'. Nothing lick attachment. Am I the only one having it that way? Am kind of confused. Expect there is another link I should login from.

Yes, I uploaded my transcript and cover letter. I also went ahead to upload the FG scholarship evidence dat I won at d UG level and 2 academic performance awards I won also at UG level. I created a pdf file for d 3 awards and also created other 3 files in such a way dat I uploaded all d certificates like NYSC, BSc, ICAN AAT & ACA dat I have. I studied Economics and made it known dat I'm tru wit my MSc Econs prog. May be it's all these dat aided my applicatn. I actually followed someone's opinion on this forum who is now working with Shell.

I applied for both Technical (R&d) and Commercial (Finance).

Plsease, sud u and others av any tip(s) on how to succeed, lemme kno o. Thanks.

l applied for this position may last year and got a regret mail from shell in September.
this year I applied again and up until now, no show. I have B.A in philosophy, masters in social and political philosophy, have ICAN AAT, and ACA in view. But what baffles me is that uptil now my application is under review and it is in yellow colour. don't know whose 'application under review ' is in yellow colour. I only uploaded my B.A and M.A certificate, didn't upload my transcript,a cover letter,my ICAN certificates. I also applied with the same account that I used in applying last yr.Pls house, how can I remedy these? thanks

Following basic instructions is quite easy but people choose not to. Those upload options, though not necessary, were given there for a reason. Remember it's not just you that's applying. Every graduate in Nigeria wants to work for shell. Hundreds of people are applying, including NYSC applicants still serving. At the end of the day not everybody will be taken. Over 80% of applicants will 'obediently' ignore uploading extra documents to support their case and apply just as every one else - fill out the application, go home, sit down and wait for that automatic job from Shell without wanting to put in a little effort on their own by uploading a CV, cover letter (writing a simple cover letter gives Nigerians headache), transcripts etc. How do you differentiate your applications from the hundreds, if not thousands, of applications they receive? How do you want your application to stand out so that the recruiters on the other end of the computer will notice your application quickly?
