i av an Hp 635 and noticed it stopped charging, took it out for testing and learnt its the power IC. Then, it could come on but not charge, after a while i noticed it doesnt come on except the battery charger is inserted. Now, it doesnt come on anymore. Some dude told me that the motherboard could be dead but i feel its some IC's that needs changing. Pls can this be fixed, im really worried

HI I used a hp 635 too. Ur story is almost like mine but before these problems started, my laptop battery has always been weak coz it's 5 years old or more. It first started draining fast, later the plug in not charging appears, it start to trip off anytime it get below 30% without warning. I noticed calibration of the battery time was poor as it read my capacity is just 8000mah. Now it's not charging anymore and doesn't power on unless I plug it direct to light.


Pls what should I do

My HP G7 17.3 inches screen is broken. Hw much 2 fix it

when I try to re install Windows 7 it say Error
0x80300024 Fix Windows is unable to install
to the selected location.

The hard drive is bad.you need to replace it.

My friend, to be candid with you, its better you forget about this laptop.the cost of fixing this damaged laptop of yours can get you a clean london used.Get me 60k I will give you a clean uk used Apple Macbook 2008.

Meanwhile the cost of fixing this laptop should be around 45 to 50k.Think about it.
