We are the attorney of the Akinsinde Royal Family of Gan-un village, Magboro who are the inheritors of the said parcel of Land who have been exercising rights of ownership by virtues of the traditional ownership.

Our price per acre is N3,000,000.00 (Three Million Naira) only. The title on the said parcel is our irrevocable registered power of attorney and the company receipt.


INVESTMENT
