As at midnite 18th May... MTN Online SelfCare Portal is Down!!! Been checking since 6pm 17th May.. Even called Customer Care twice to be sure!!! NCC Regulatory Board are you guys sleeping? Do we have to beg now before doing a simple Sim Swap ni?? I tire oooo

My good nairalanders... na so we go dey dey Haba.... funny thing is all major Telecom Networks seem to be having one major issue or the other since the rains broke forth this year...Post your recent hardships at the hands of this Below Par Networks folks!!!

i cant even use mtn 3g to browse again since lastweek saturday undecided

Good news for mtn users u cn now text free
sms and browse unlimitedly on mtn network..
with mtn magic sim and due manuals

Why not try the Selfcare app if you are finding it difficult to use the Self service portal. You can text CARE to 5018 to download the app.
