What kind of death will we call this one now, holy death? At least 4 people have been confirmed dead in Pastor T.B. Joshua’s Synagogue Church Of All Nations in Spintex Road, Ghana. The tragic incident occurred after a stampede ensued at the church today during the distribution of free holy water. Greater Accra Police Public Relations Officer DSP Freeman Tetteh confirmed the death to Joy News and said the bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the 37 and Police Hospital mortuaries. Some 13 persons were also severely injured during the incident. Thousands of people had flocked the church in pursuit of healing, spiritual and financial breakthrough. Now some of us are barking cos this particular "stampede" is related to the church particularly pastored by "T.B. Joshua". Even I'm Mecca, there are records of stampede, even during festivals, there are records of stampede. Even campaign and election, there are issues of stampede. Stampede also during peaceful demonstration. Stampede at stadium.....stampede when struggling for survival.... In whatever way, the unfortunate ones suffer this among the crowd aiming for a purpose.....let's not drag church into this! Why don't u blame the stampeders! 45 Likes |

One doesn't have to be ignorant and desperate in exercising faith. . .evil will take advantage of such. The healing they desired is not in the "holy water",but in the measure of their individual faith. Definately,not everyone of them would be heal even after swimming in the "holy water." But there's someone outhere who had gotten his own healing just by following the same service on the tv by faith. 3 Likes |

R.I.P to the dead. I listened to the prophet who said he was giving water but God would give give ANOINTING those that were stampeded did not go for the ANOINTING water but the water that was probably why they could not survive the stampede. At least the man of God is there to quickly tell the families of the bereaaved that he saw their loved ones entering heaven. Whether true or false, religion keeps hopeless and poor people living. Btw, TBJ nd co need to do more on safety. Especially during deliverances. |
