Is there any app that speeds up internet connection?
From my knowledge, most, if not all are PLACEBOS. It's clearly stated in the app description on play store. That's if you take your time to read it.

Yea most are "placebos" like you call them but recently I discovered one internet speedup app that does really work. Try "Hola" and hit me up later to give me a feedback

Lots of apps here. I have worked on lots of android phones and I say we load our phones with what we don't need and at the end cry out over poor battery life
No application speeds up Internet connection. The only thing I know can do this is a script called v6supercharger, it those this by tweaking a whole lot of system configuration. It's quite a complex script. It's for only rooted users.

And as for battery saving apps. They are even the biggest battery consumers, they claim to save our battery by shutting down processes in the form of task killers but they end up as background processes. So no need to use them.

And one thing I hate the most are those avast and avg, what for? U dint need them.

3rd party music players aren't really d best. The music player should be ur favourite.

In this era of Limited data for Android users, The major culprit in consuming your data are background processes. All those system sync and updates are basically unnecessary, except for your E-mail and maybe WhatsApp and BBM. I believe all other apps should be restricted from using background data.

The question here is which Android App can allow you to selectively restrict some apps access to the Internet thereby reducing the volume of data consumed by the Phone.
