Koko master D’banji’s management team has been working tirelessly to sign rapper Olamide to their record label for the past months,but in vain.


Olamide apparently refused to sign because he feels there is nothing D’banji can offer him that he alone cannot achieve as a solo artist.On top of that he added that he is not ready to lose some of his privileges like being booked for shows and performances at his free will,and allow limitations by a management team which would have to decide for him.

The success Olamide is enjoying now,is believed to be the main reason for declining the offer on the view that the only benefit he will have is a management team and nothing more.

Since D’banji lost out on the “Ode Lon like ” singer,he has now opted for Durella.

anybody who signs an artist has to come up with something on the table.....if they just say we will manage your image etc while that artist is already doing that successfully then i understand why that artist will refuse their contract.

many people in the business have already dealt with Olamide directly and would contact him again in the future (or give his contact to possible future gigs).....but Dbanj and his management company will tell him that all future deal must go through them, thus taking 20% (at best) off the top, for something they have nothing to do with.

they have to give him a VERY sweet deal, that one aint sweet enough!

as for illuminati, no smart person would believe in this crap, thats just dumb, highly stoopid and jealous people's talk!
