just bought a new hp 650 but it's giving me some problems when trying to copy a DVD. please is this normal or should I d I return it? |

What kind of error? Perhaps its the DVD you are copying from has defects and not your drive. |

If you make a note of the error, post it here so we can advise you better. However, if you are having a CRC error... cyclic redundancy check, then your disc might be bad. Try another one. |

thanks for the response. it was actualy a problem with the DVD drive. i have changed the computer. |
