Am the most confused person right now, truely to many phones to choose from. I wanted to order for a phone on aliexpress until a friend of mine took me to slut and i saw there are better phones to buy better than most of the rubbish you see on aliexpress. besides i dont trust all those stuffs, now back to the matter. I sadly dont know which fone to choose. i am like super confused, i never knew there is so much competition in the market. It has even come that am begining to like that china phone tecno

The Gionee Dream D1 should end your confusion. With a quad core 1.2ghz A7 processor driving a 1280x720 HD super amoled screen you definitely can't go wrong. For gaming the power SGX 544mp GPU will smoke the competition easily.

I doubt that's a really big issue. You'll probably use the phone for 2yrs max and batteries don't usually spoil in 2yrs unless you mishandle it.

BTW Gionee acknowledges that Nigeria is becoming a big market for them so expect to see care centres spring up soon.

One thing I have found out is that Gionee is a bigger company in terms of sales than Tecno and they are providing OTA updates to the D1 which is more than you can say for Tecno. That reason alone is enough to make me switch from buying the F7 to buying the D1. I can't wait for monday so I can go to the bank!

Ok, lets agree to the fact that phones from Samsung, LG, Sony, htc and other top high end smart phone makers are great phones, they truly represent what a smart phone stands for. But Tecno Android phones on the other hand which i refer to as the contenders for most affordable smart phones with decent specs currently available here in Nigeria are also not as bad as majority of us think.
