From the screenshots above, none of the items 1to7 is less than $13 as against $9.99 that you are saying now (only one is.... And this is for a different item)
And this item has not been delivered up till now

I have paid fully for the new set of items and outstanding balance has also been paid.

Now, you need to refund the money for the one item from the previous orders that you have not delivered.
You also have to refund the money for the new set of items.

N9,194 was what was written, not N9,914; it's posted in the vivid explanation on the previous page [N9,914 that appeared in the explanations in #1 and #2 on the previous page was a mistake which didn't affect the calculations - you can verify this]. Same as on WhatsApp; same acknowledged by you.

Formocresol has been delivered in Lagos, Nigeria with the prior freight and you were informed [if you need the post to be quoted again, it'll be done]; it was kept on hold so that the items from China will arrive so that they'll be merged for dispatch to Kebbi. That can't be refunded.

For the new set of items, you only get refund for the China orders; if the item in the new order doesn't deliver with the July 26th freight [tomorrow], you get the refund for it but not before that. So, like we've pointed out on WhatsApp and here again and again, the readjusted invoice isn't for the formocresol but for the surgical item [purchased from eBay] from the most recent order.

You keep making errors with your calculations then turn around to say we're arguing whereas all we've done in our best capacity is to explain it to you in different ways, in details and summary to no avail. We won't push it.

P.S: We're not issuing you a refund for an item you were informed that's already in Lagos, Nigeria and you didn't object to waiting for items from China to arrive to be merged with it.

These two items, no refunds for them. You get the items and not refunds. Thursday noon, these items will be dispatched to Kebbi if you want us to dispatch them to you; if there's some other alternative you've got, we'll work with it too.

That we can approve and initiate a refund in a short time doesn't guarantee that you can file a claim for an item already on ground - which you had knowledge about and didn't object to keeping until items from another order arrives - or an item to be available tomorrow and we approve the refund. We won't do that.

But thinking that an item which you've been informed of its availability a long time ago and the other item which will be available tomorrow will be filed for Cash Back isn't it. They won't be. You won't be issued a Cash Back for either of them.
