An interviewer once told me "as u can see" is an indirect insult to the interviewer and does not sound professional.
Edit that aspect.

Well it can also be argued that the phrase encourages the employer to read more about the candidate in the accompanying CV because the intention is simply to highlight the candidate's attribute(s) while also offering evidence in the CV. The covering letter is typically the first thing an employer reads and its content can determine whether or not they bother look at the CV.

However, an unprofessional recruiter with an oversized measure of self-importance is likely to misinterpret the phrase and term is as "an insult" so OP apply your own judgement.

1forall: OP highlight those aspects of your experience/qualifications which might be most relevant to the role and be sure to comment on the skills/qualities/abilities outlined in the job advert. Match the info about the candidate that is most relevant to the job, showing the employer that you are aware of the job requirements, your strengths and how they 'fit'.

It is essential that you use the cover letter to give information about your knowledge, evidence of your skills and statements about your quality as a candidate. You seem to have done so in the letter above but apply some structure to the general presentation as follows:
