You get sense so? The extra delay is the price paid for telling lies as the plane was to go to his own town as was later discovered. Two, the pilot may have tactically avoided the normal way of doing things since he was able to face another direction instead of the burial.

Nigerians seems to politicize anything that involve VIPs. NAMA is only carrying out it's lawful duties, so if anybody must fly a private jet or chopper must be ready to comply with the rules of the game..
