Fellow Nairanders, please i need an urgent medical help. I have this little bumps growing at the back of my head (see pics) I dot know how it came.Probably from haircut. but i have my personal clipper and i use it each time i go for a hair cut. can some help with what to do. Thanks for any advice or solution you may have. see the pics
