sucessful1:i dont have details on ladipo market traders estate.however,i know it was sold out to traders a few years ago through a cooperative scheme.i dont know how much it was sold then neither do i know how much its sold for now.however,i am very certain of other estates in the area.even the nigerian union of teachers estate was sold for 250k a few years ago.even the ado/odo industrial and residential estate which is around there was sold to ogun state civil servants for 200k and thats from a government that gets the land for free. some estates sell for 500 and even 700k.the phase I of newberry estate currently sells at 500k and that information can be found online. if you can leave your email address,i'd forward full details to you about the conditions and full package. as stated,our estate is in the same vicinity as the ladipo market traders estate and the nigerian union of teachers estate.the area is currently undeveloped though the lands have been sold off.however,in a few years it is bound to be developed. we already have a survey and layout and are already in process for c of o |

sucessful1: Man why can't you tell the real price as in calculate and put your real price than deceiving pple by saying 200k instead of 320k?with all due respect,some words are to be used with caution and by that i refer to the bolded.we will never deceive anyone in anyway and i make bold to say since we have been in business,noone has ever regretted doing business with us both in nigeria and those abroad.a plot of land in Newberry Estate Phase II costs 200,000naira only.if it was 320,000naira,we would have advertised it as such. the only other fees subscribers have to pay are for legal documentation and survey plan which are normal everywhere. estates in that same area sell for 500-700k.the phase I of newberry estate currently sells at 500k.we crashed the price of the phase II to enable as many people as possible take advantage of it.the ladipo market estate you asked about(kings gardens)sells for 550k. with all due respect,if you had any questions,you could have asked rather than use such derogatory and defamatory words.thanks |

sucessful1: Sorry if i'v offended u but,it's simple to say 320k for total package than to 200k but oh u have to pay extra 120k for blah blah blah,does ur company not have a lawyer?if you were to sell your plots in ladipo mkt,will you sell them at 97k?yes we have a lawyer whose duty it it to prepare the deed of assignment at a fee. whenever you are ready to develop your plots in ladipo mkt estate,you are either going to pay for a survey or bring in your own surveyor to do a survey.of course its cheaper to pay for a survey since it will simply be excised from a general survey. in our firm,we choose to outline this information in full before a person makes a purchase rather than release such details in snippets and a lot of people appreciate that because it enables them adequately plan.if you are interested in buying from us,then make us an offer and we can negotiate.thanks |
