Welcome to the much talked about Adebayo Akande Residential Hall of the University of Ibadan- a public-private patnership. This is a majestic edifice that boasts of over 120 rooms (suites) for students of the Premier Univerity alone. You need to produce your valid school ID to be offered accomodation here.
In here are 4 categories of suites- Classic which goes for 75k monthly, Dulux- for 90k monthly, Dulux Premium- for 120k monthly and Executive Suite- for N200k monthly! Now you can guess that this place aint for ‘some students’, especially the undergrads.
The hall which just opened recently is furnished to taste, and equipped with Stand-by generator all year round. You only come in with your clothes and undies if neccesary! lol
