Secondly and very importantly, i will advise members ofthe populace to do everything to avoid these boys, they have suffered tremendously and stretched to the limits, i can tell you this because i know, i had a stint and ran away. If they take vex handle you, panel beater cannot reconstruct your body again, so just avoid them as much as possible.

Erhmm, incase those boys have family here, their family members should tell them to try and improve themselves rather than remaining as recruits. They should also tell them to acquire skills for the future while horning their X-factor skills. This will see them being quickly chosen for Peace Keeping assignments.

In all, i congratulate them because it is not easy.

Pls nairalanders do not mock these young boys(soldiers) but encourage them to improve themselves within the job. I passed out of that same Depot in 1997 as 45 regular intake. I spent 2 years in Ecomog(1999-2000). I not only went back to school within the Army, but I converted to science in 2002. I did IJMB with Lumex tutors Ilorin and the poly Ibadan and just yesterday, my final result was released by Unimaid and I m now a medical doctor. This country is very hard. People are looking for what and where to eat. And for your info, I am just a lance corporal. Don't mock those boys but encourage them pls. They can help themselves and their families cos I can tell you the Army is now good compared to when we join in the 90's
