After i researched the specifications of se-k800 from google, my answer is yes.

According to the specification, your se-k800 is 100% functionality and connectivity via Bluetooth technology, infrared port, modem, pictBridge, synchronization PC, USB mass storage and USB support.

It means your cellphone, se-k800, has the capability of using modem that is fully GSM internet dial-up support.

Therefore, you can try following @josylad's phone modem via pc (both Windows XP and Vista) configuration mentioned above posting. Linux OS does works well---different configuration---google how to configure phone modem via pc using Linux OS.

if i try to browse on my laptop thru mms,it connects.If i try to open a web page it shows 'sorry, error occured:charging failed'
what could be the problem and solution?
