Missktinz: Hello,

I am planning to build a block of four flats in ikeja and I need a builder ASAP. I already have floor plans and I'm currently working on building permits. Few questions I have for you:

First, are you domiciled in lagos? I would only want to work with a lagos based builder.
Second, are you currently free? I wouldn't want a situation where you have about three other project and have to allot very little time to this project.
Third, if yes to the above, can you give me a rough estimate on how much it will cost. I will want a breakdown and would you want to have to drawing plan in order to do this? If yes, how soon will you be able to produce a boq as I wish to get things rolling.

@Missktinz: competent builder abounds here on Nl. just make sure you post daily updates with the builder on this thread, so that we can share ideas and learn together accordingly and if need be, chip in constructive critcism where it is needed.
