I subscribed for airtel bis unlimited on the 14th of June, 2013, I actually use it on my PC and I didn't download up to 1.2g now all the data has been wiped off, I call their customer care, they told me that I have exhausted all the data. Why did they send message that it is unlimited, Why are you deceiving us for naija. [color=#990000][/color]

And why didn't u ask them the reason since you subscribed for unlimited. No one can help you on here. Channel your complain back to their customer care

Airtel are complete thieves. my #1500 unlimited data subscription was wiped out this morning. when i call the cc they confirm it but latter saying helloooo helloooo hellooo claiming they are not hearing my words again.very useless netwrk. untill they restore my data

I am not even asking for help, only trying to inform others not to be deceived by the term unlimited
