For all those that were posted to kwara just try and participate in as many activities as possible, make friends and do not stay in a boring room. Also you have to be proactive everyday cos you will have difficulty gettin water and food. If you brought plenty of cash to camp, that's a big advantage for you cos it can take a great deal of stress from you. Do not joke with ur man o war village drills as it is one the most interesting things in the camp. If pastor success becomes ur platoon officer then you are lucky because he is the nicest soldier in that camp. Lastly be careful of that dreaded river yikpata Wish u all an enjoyable orientation excercise.

That is a lie. I served in Kwara state few years back and the state doesn't pay corps members. Maybe the new governor has changed that.

If you are looking for a state that pays corps members well, I suggest Delta or Anambra state.
