No offense, but your take on the picture is wrong! Who told you these Christians were pledging support for homosexuality?! Or is it so hard for you to understand the spirit of outreach that would make them want to draw near to such people wasting away in such perversion? These Christians weren't supporting the sin; rather they were apologising to these people for the continual self-righteousness and aloofness of church people who have lost their humility and love for their fellow man, and who easily dismiss people who Jesus also died for. Jesus associated with tax-collectors and other sinners, including the sexually immoral, even wining and dining with them - would you dare go as far to say that He was one of them, or that he approved of their lifestyles? He did say it wasthe sick who needed a doctor, & he came for the sinners, not those who think they're better than anyone else - that's why He & the holier-than-thou Pharisees hardly got along. We need to be made to understand as Christians: as much as we frown on sin, we must not frown on sinners - they need to know that they'r always welcome to the One who can set them free. All such talk about hating homosexuals is evidence of false morality and self-righteousness, which to God is just as bad - if not even worse - than homosexuality.

Some people have the ZOMBIE type of LOVE.. that is the kind of love that is dead but still existing and only moves toward material gain the way ZOMBIES move toward blood.

If your love is true and Alive and your HEART really beats with that love, you will understand why a person will take of his shoes for another to have comfort. why a person will jump into water to save a loved pet when he hears the cry of the owner. why a General will say "PLEASE, do not fight".. why can a protester who came out from his house (probably angry) find space in his/her heart to bake a cake for his enemy.

I was watching the 9/11 documentary on youtube.. the white house would have been crushed by the fourth plane, but the passengers fought with their lives to divert the plane from crashing into the WHITE HOUSE... to save the government despite the way they complain everyday about the same government.. that is LOVE.

My faith in humanity is still the same...ZERO. I put my faith in God...besides, most these picture are of people rescuing animals and lifting them to "higher grounds" while thousands of kids die everyday in Africa from hunger!

I don't even know where the very poor Africans even find the strength to have sex to reproduce these hungry kids. After all, kids don't fall from the sky.

When you try to educate the average African on the dangers of lack of family planning, they are quick to tell you that kids are blessings from God and their African beliefs and culture along with their respective religions do not believe in birth control. So what else is one to do? Must the world constantly come to Africa's rescue? Can't we Africans help ourselves by chasing away those leaders that are not performing but rather looting our treasuries dry? Must we always wait for the whites/the West to deliver us from ourselves?
