Hello Nairalanders, I'm planning buying a neat Nigerian used and registered car. I wish to have a new number on it. Is this legal? Is it possible? Where/which office do I go? What can d cost be like? I intend buying an Osun state number plate. Ur advice is welcome, pls. Thanks. |
