Just in - Mirror football reports that Arsenal has made an opening bid of £20m for Wazza. For those who have been following the Rooney saga since he agitated for a move - which he denies anyway - Arsenal has been on his case. I'm not talking about stories/rumours you read online - but from subtle twitter sources who are trusted. Even the bookies have him on 2.1 to make the move to Arsenal, and we all know they are hardly ever wrong. This story/saga will develop in the coming days/weeks.
