I recently purchased a car from a friend and I want to change the colour from wine to metallic silver(oven bake) ,I asked a painter that was recommended to inspect and give me a quote,he said it can't be cheaper than 70k..a car that has no dents...pls advice...is this a fair price or am I about to be overcharged
