Just got an invitation from Dragnet (on behalf of Cadbury) to take a personality assessment. I applied for a Management Trainee Position. Who else got the same message??

Mine just dropped now. Check your inbox noe for the email. I actually got 2 text messages before the email came in.....

@mitsaro....What was the nature of the personality test....as u said ..."nothing serious"....but i hope they are not using this test to disqualify some applicants....i think we really need to know the kind of candidate they want so we can tailor our responses in the test towards being that kind of candidate....*jst a thought though*

The most important thing is to be consistent. This tests are not necessarily graded by individuals as such. one robot somewhere is grading the responses. keyword in personality test is CONSISTENCE.

Applied for management trainee too>> yet to do the personality test, but wont soon do mine. My idea of scaling personality tests is to be CONSISTENT
