y'all need to go for clarification in the Oxford Advanced Learner's dictionary-6th Edition.Go to 'Later',you will see 'not/no later than...which means 'by a particular time and not after it.' and 'by' used means 'before'.In summary,it implies ur declaration must show the date 'before July 2008.'i want to beliv you'd understand this and put an end to the English lang. In a nutshell, any age declaration after 2008 is unacceptable

nawa oh! The idea behind all this is just to guard against pple who will go and forge a decleration of age. So if your decleration of age is less than five yrs old from this date, u can't use it. My brother, I think u can use your 2003 decleration.one love

Whether you used below 2008 age declaration or above, i think what justify everything is your school testmonial which NAF will logically use to predict your age against the one bearing on your age declaration. However when you are qualified by God, NAF's technical requirements will second your final enlistment and your POP. Victory comes only from God

Just open a pay4me account, they will give u a pin which you must change to your own preferred pin, recharge d account with N2,850 using your atm card, then make the payment using the ewallet option. money will be deducted from your pay4me account and then you will be given your validation number which u can use to get your application id from the airforce website.

after filling the form, click proceed to payment, then choose the ewallet option, if u dont have a pay4me account, it provide u with the option of opening a new account account, just follow the instructions and open it, at the end of it all, u will be given a pin which u must change before logging in to recharge the account.
